Welcome to Tuftopia, Abuja’s first-ever rug tufting and punch needling studio. A creative space born from curiosity, inspiration, and a little bit of magic.

The very first time I ever saw a tufted rug was years ago when I lived in Europe. I remember being completely mesmerized by the texture, colour, and handcrafted feel. I didn’t think much of it again until years later, while scrolling online, I stumbled across a tufting studio in London. Something clicked instantly — this is it. That moment brought the idea of “Tuftopia” to life.

I’ve always loved drawing and painting (a secret talent of mine!), Opening a tufting studio felt like the perfect way to bring that hidden love to life.
