These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable experience for everyone using the TUFTOPIA studio. By booking a session, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy

TUFTOPIA operates a no-refund policy on all bookings once payment has been made.

Refunds may only be considered in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Technical or equipment failure that prevents your session from taking place

• Situations where TUFTOPIA is unable to deliver the booked service

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of TUFTOPIA. Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Rescheduling Policy

• Rescheduling a confirmed booking is allowed once and attracts a ₦5,000 rescheduling fee.

• All reschedule requests must be made at least 24 hours before the original session time.

• Same-day reschedule requests may not be accommodated.

• Failure to attend a session without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and is not eligible for rescheduling.

3. Lateness Policy

• Please arrive on time for your session.

• For 15 minutes of lateness, a ₦3,000 late fee will apply.

• For every 30 minutes of lateness, a ₦5,000 late fee will apply.

• Excessive lateness may result in a shortened session or cancellation without refund, as we operate on scheduled time slots.

4. Advance Booking Requirement

All bookings should be made at least 2 hours before your intended session time.
This allows us adequate time to prepare materials, equipment, and the studio space for your arrival.

Walk-in sessions are not guaranteed and depend strictly on availability.

5. Per-Person Booking Policy

• All bookings are strictly per person.

• One booking equals one participant engaging in the activity.

• You may not share a booked session or equipment with another person.

If someone accompanying you also wishes to participate, they must make a separate booking.

6. Guests & Accompanying Persons

• Guests who are not participating are welcome only if space permits.

• Please call ahead before bringing anyone along so we can confirm seating availability.

• TUFTOPIA reserves the right to limit the number of non-participating guests for safety and comfort reasons.

7. Studio Equipment & Property Responsibility

All tools, tufting guns, frames, and studio property are provided for use under guidance.

• Participants are expected to handle all equipment with care and follow staff instructions at all times.

• Any damage caused due to negligence, misuse, or failure to follow instructions will be charged to the participant responsible.

• The cost of repair or replacement will be determined by TUFTOPIA and must be settled before the participant leaves the studio.

8. Safety & Conduct

• Participants must follow all safety instructions provided by studio staff.

• TUFTOPIA reserves the right to end a session without refund if a participant behaves in a way that is unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to staff, equipment, or other guests.

• Alcohol, illegal substances, and unsafe behavior are strictly prohibited within the studio.

9. Age Requirements

• Tufting sessions are recommended for participants aged 10 and above.

• Punch needling sessions are suitable for participants aged 6 and above.

• Minors must be accompanied or supervised by an adult where required.

10. Personal Belongings

TUFTOPIA is not responsible for the loss, theft, or damage of personal items brought into the studio.
Please keep your belongings with you at all times.

11. Right to Refuse Service

TUFTOPIA reserves the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone who violates these policies or whose conduct may compromise the safety, comfort, or experience of others in the studio.
